Enhancement - Option to let players select portrait/token art for owned actors #46

The workflow I would like to see:

  1. Gamemaster gives player users permission for file browser access
  2. Gamemaster selects a settings checkbox to allow player users to pick portrait/token art
  3. Players can now right click portrait to show token art select

Invalid - it actually does work. I didn't realize Token Config permission needed to be enabled for the tokens to show.

Previous to that I got as far as using the API as a player user. That showed me the window, but none of the images were there. The File Browser permission was enabled for player users, so I thought this meant players weren't supported yet
