Using Compendium Folders, there's a situation where the folders get seen as #[CF_tempEntity].
Any compendium will have a number of these items equal to the number of folders/sub-folders within the compendium. Generally, these can be ignored.
Recommendation is to simply drop any with this name and not present them in the results.
These entities should now be skipped as of release 4.4.0
