[Suggestion] Language package selection #206

Suggestion: Do not force select the language package corresponding to system language.

Hi, I have noticed that, during the installation of apks/apkm, the language package which corresponds to system language is checked by default and is not allowed to uncheck. It would be better to let users be able to choose another language package as the only one to be installed.

In my case, the reason is that some apps provide translations on low quality and have not in-app language setting menu. So the only way to use them in a language differ to system language, is to only install the specific package.
