TODO:

[x] Add the ability to close a server.
[x] Add commands for opening/closing a server (might just be able to steal /register and /unregister from an old version).

Updated TODO:

[x] Utilize new lang system for messages.
[x] List closed servers in separate /rc family command.
[ ] Add criteria for automatic opening/closing. (Might have this be in a separate family, i.e. minigame family.
[ ] Allow families to default locked instead of unlocked.

First 2 are required for this to be ready, third one is optional.
