Holder class functionality should be in formfactory #9

Although composing a holder type class from formfactory classes is acceptable, currently it currently acts as a wrapper around ArrayList and provides little benefit on top.

It's important to use the actual interface and this case, the use of Map<Long, ?> was specified within form factory classes.
