Thanks for this awesome tool! Currently I have an issue while trying to import this svg: Can you shed any light?

Hi,

No problems with your SVG here - have you successfully imported any other files? If not my guess would be that the svg.path python library isn't installed correctly.

I followed you guide at night and I may have missed some pieces, so I'm definitely gonna check again. Now that I'm here, is there a way in Houdini to use the system python (or another python)? I'm on Mac, using the brew installed python and I'd like to have Houdini use this one, where I have a bunch of other useful packages that I'd like to use in Houdini. I remember something about setting a var in houdini.env . Btw, thanks for your quick reply!

It looks like on Mac Houdini uses the system python by default (http://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini/hom/index.html).

Apparently someone else had trouble with a homebrew python install though - might be helpful to you? http://forums.odforce.net/topic/24989-homebrew-python-problem-on-mac-osx/
