Makefile update (compiles dep libsamplerate) #14

Hi, this makefile is like the latest found on Fundamental modules (still using dep libsamplerate) and compiles fine in the latest v.06 rack

Thanks again. I'm not really a fan of this approach of dealing with dependencies. Most people probably already have libsamplerate installed and would rather just use their installed version (at least that's what I do). I would prefer a way that would do that and only use the local version if there is no system version. My knowledge of Makefiles is rather limited but I think I check that out first.

Fixed by removing libsamplerate dependency
