SS not supported nested functions #7

because SS don't support nested function (but correctly identify this cases).

  Simplest test case in attach.

hi pavel,

nested functions are not supported at the moment, so as long as shed skin gives 
a
proper error/warning about this, I don't consider it a bug ^^
