Categories design & Scraper #4

Perhaps a "Simulations"/Mission-planning category? ;) wink

This PR is only working on the design. #2 has more details about categories that we've created in crates.io but we should not limit ourselves only to them.

Mission planning is a good suggestion and I think Motion planning should be included too. Not sure if we should have sub-categories but I think we can leave the struct flat for now
