Navigation position at the bottom #41

Doesn't work with elements position at the bottom. It automatically position elements to the top.

+1. Can't use sticky behavior because it is positioning elements to the top on init.

+1 any way of positioning the fixed element not at the top? I have a sticky sidebar (right aligned) that needs to be vertically centred, but it is forced into another position and size.
