bash_completion #13

I know I am spoilt but once you've worked with bash_completion it just seems broken if you don't have it.

Odd i can't even find documentation other than end user docs explaining how you use tab to... well you get it. There are ample examples under /usr/local/etc/bash_completion.d/ after installation and all we require is one file with the list of completions.

Bash as well as zsh (albeit not tested but it should work just the same) support baked in already.

All commands and arguments will be completed for you

We can look at further enhancements by autocompleting the searched packages too.
