Merges multiple-projects-2 -> master

Looking for confirmation that changes can be built/debugged by others and that changes make sense. Commit-by-commit review might be the easiest since this PR affects 200+ files (most are renames).

Overview

Created/set up two separate projects for FCBv0 and FCBv1
Created a single build configuration for each project called Build since we only use 1 (prevents confusion between Debug and Release)
Added named pins to both projects to make
Moved Devices and System folders to common location shared by both projects
Added version define integer for FCB_VERSION so differences in versions could be determined with a macro
Ensured STM32CubeIDE 1.7.0 and FW 1.9.0 were working on both projects
