6 years ago I don't want you to think I'm ignoring this. But since everyone may want their own color palette, this can become unmanageable very soon. That's why I want to implement #7 instead. I'll likely to get some time to take a closer look at the implementation next month. So I'm closing this for now.
The standard VGA colors are used by fbcon by default as well, which means this is now as close to the linux console as possible.
Is there a place where this should be documented? I don't see anything in libtsm which lists the available palettes.
