Current major issues:

GetHavokPose returns not-null result with invalid Skeleton, leading to access violation exceptions. Not sure if this is an issue with FFXIVClientStructs or something changed in the game and C+ needs to perform additional checks now.
FFXIVClientStructs marked required methods/fields for lobby actors as not updated.

GetHavokPose seems to be working properly after switching back to dalamud's CS.

Had to disable IPC because it needs some additional discussion and work after changes in apix. Also lobby actor support is deemed unnecessary for initial DT release so ignoring that.
