Description

Alter postAether.py to output HDF5 files as an option.

How Has This Been Tested?

When post processing, just add -hdf5 and it will output an hdf5 file instead of a netcdf file.

There is a test in the test directory

Test configuration

Operating system: Mac OSX
Compiler, version number: Python 3.9

This is a super simple. The code changes were by Prakhar, and moved over to my branch.
