About The Pull Request

Adds back felinid mutation toxin to green slime extracts, to make it you need to inject it with water :) If you want to counter it you need to quickly sip some multiver or pentetic, both should work

Why It's Good For The Game

Readds it to its rightful place

Tomorrow I am going to add water spray reaction to felinids, to patch up my karma somewhat, unless @PolishUser wants to do that
