Felinids dont like being sprayed with water [TEST MERGE FIRST] #306

About The Pull Request

When you spray felinids with water they will get incapacitated for 1 decisecond and get a mood debuff also code improvements and a new status effect

Why It's Good For The Game

More flavour to felines
