Hooks (Blitzcrank example) can pull Baron and Dragon #16

Description

Blitzcrank should not be able to pull Baron or Dragon. This issue likely affects other champions with hook abilities as well. When Blitzcrank uses his Rocket Grab (Q) ability on Baron or Dragon, he is able to pull them, which is not intended behavior.

Expected Behavior

Blitzcrank (and other champions with hook abilities) should not be able to use their hooks on neutral objectives like Baron or Dragon. These units should be immune to such abilities.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select Blitzcrank as a champion.
  2. Use Rocket Grab (Q) on Baron or Dragon.
  3. Observe that Baron or Dragon is pulled towards Blitzcrank.
