Editing the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\steam\Shell\Open\Command\(Default) regedit to launch steam with NoSteamWebHelper when running a game shortcut

Steam auto fixes the registry value when it starts up.

So it doesn't help in anyway. Instead have NoSteamWebHelper execute the specified Steam URL of choice.

Good Idea! Maybe add that automatically?

EDIT: Just tested, works flawlessly. Not having to open steam with NoSteamWebHelper beforehand is very convenient EDIT2: Stopped working, don't really care and don't wanna bother you fixing something that already wasn't supposed to work EDIT3: Made a shortcut for games like this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\NoSteamWebHelper.exe" steam://rungameid/2357570
