please make it so when you tab out it doesn't minimize the window like it's in Fullscreen.

You may [remove the function responsible](https://github.com/Aetopia/ResEnforce/blob/bbf18dcd50c83813f4566565bbefed2081dd24a2/src/main.nim#L82 for minimizing the target window.
