meaningful browser window title #16

Aeva commented 7 years ago

The title bar should contain the title value or domain of the current web page. Formatted something like so:

"{UNIVERSE} - {TITLE} - Ridinghood Browser"

Maybe also find a nice window icon to show, at least as a place holder.
