Enable generating result graphs offline, by being able to generate HTML from a 
given JSON file.

This is particularly important given all the online upload errors appearing so 
continuously.

Which is why I started a project to analyze caliper results.

It doesn't do a whole lot yet - largely find the latest run, load the results 
and summarize them in different ways, as well as a simple (not yet 
satisfactory) trend prediction.

Anyway, you might want to give it a try:

I'd love to see someone contribute a UI. Right now it reports results in text 
mode. Probably enough to load them into a spreadsheet though.

We have a bug (issue 255) for the local webapp.  Though, while it was on my 
radar, I realized that we don't have any bug for retrying uploads.  I've looked 
into why uploads are failing and they're mostly just transient failures in the 
data store.  There's no reason that the Caliper uploader shouldn't just try 
again.  Let's use this bug to track that.
