Add Facebook Chat protocol support

Facebook Chat protocol support would be very cool.

I did start on this in trunk, but recently I've been working on cleaning up some
stuff the way I think it should be done. Ideally I'd have discussed this with 
Phil &
Ben by now but they seem to have vanished too so I've just been doing things in 
the
way I think is best. I'll commit my current code to a branch soon but right now 
its
useless for an end user, it's mostly the basic stuff like handling threading 
which we
have no real way to do in the existing code, and I've been moving things around 
to
split them up logically where the existing code puts things in the wrong place, 
some
assemblies end up depending on things I think they shouldn't and it would be 
pretty
much impossible to reuse the protocol code which defeats the purpose of them 
being
separate assemblies to begin with.

Anyway, I'm still here reading this stuff and I hope to fix the shortcomings of 
the
existing code soon. I also hope Phil and Ben are lurking somewhere too waiting 
to
jump back into action :)
