Starting galaxium stops sound and picture in tvtime #326

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start tvtime 
2. Start Galaxium
3. Telecast in tvtime is disrupted until the channel does not change

Ubuntu 8.04, Galaxium v0.8svn

This is probably because we are trying to use gstreamer to initialize.
