Tooltips cut off labels instead of wrapping #344

This is more an enhancement but I can't see anywhere to state that sorry.

I have set aliases to everyone because long and forever changing names
annoy me. That being said, it's a small issue when people put messages in
their name I want to view (I wish they wouldn't); when I hover over the
contact to view the tooltip, the display name is truncated.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over a contact.
2. Any Display Name that is over around 50 characters is truncated with "..."

If this was intentional I can understand why it was done, so I would like
to put forward another idea. An option to add the display name to the
detailed detail level. This could possibly be added on a new line or an
option to replace the email.

It looks like all tooltip labels are hardcoded to 250px width. I think this 
should be
changed to something more portable. I also think it would be nice to create a 
new
"information" dialog, where every accessible information about the contact 
would be
displayed. However, I'm not so familiar with the MSN protocol. Is there 
anything to
show at all?

I do like the sound of an information dialogue. Maybe "last seen online: x 
hours ago"
and "online for: x hours" kind of ideas could work could be worthy entries, 
depending
on what your thinking.

I haven't used the official WLM client much for a long time but if I recall you 
can
enter details for contacts such as first/last name, phone numbers, and other 
details
to that extent. Not being that knowledgeable about these things, I'm not sure 
how
easy that information is to access.
One entry that WLM has which interests me is notes. Either if it is picked up 
from
their system or local notes for contacts; I would find that very useful.

I agree that notes would be a very nice feature. It wouldn't be very difficult 
do add
them globally for all protocols imo.
