Avatar in chat windows not refreshed #378

Contact's avatar is not refreshed in the chat windows, when i log in for
the first time and galaxium hasn't completed downloading all avatars, i
open a chat window but the avatar never changes, as long as i keep the
window open, i check the contact on the contact list and it does have an
avatar:

Have not been able to check if it refreshes when a contact changes it's avatar.
