Galaxium breaks when the cache is removed #381

When I remove cache, but leave the rest of files, it is not possible to
start Galaxium. It should be possible to remove cache to force
resynchronization with server.

Also, I think everything that can be re-retrieved from server should be in the
~/.cache directory. Not the general .config.
