Adding a new contact doesn't send invitation in MSN. #388

Something happened to me now, and i recall it happening before, when i add a 
new contact, 
this contact never receives the invitation o the dialog to accept me as a 
contact. So i never 
get to see the contact conected or anything. The only way to solve this is 
having the contact 
add you as well.

Yes! We had forgotten about this issue. Its been ages and we dont know why it 
doesn't
work. The data is exactly the same as any other IM.

We have to investigate this one a bit more. thanks for reminding us.
