fix UI grayscale for inactive node timer #9

A static 1 hr timer for colorization was overlooked when adding the new user-defined inactive timer. Now the node will remain colorized while considered active.

I meant to place commit a623101 for channel% utilization into a new pull request since it is a proposed enhancement. I do not know how to separate or remove the second commit
