Cannot deconstruct bug reappears with 0.17 #9

deconstructing radars with the deconstruction planner is broken again

I think this is due to the way this mod handles researching upgrades. Instead of having one radar, where upgrading changes the stats of the radar, each radar is replaced by an identical-looking radar with better stats whenever an upgrading research is completed. This has the side effect of messing up deconstruction planners, blueprints, and making the electric network history look real funny.

EDIT: I wonder if a workaround could be making these hidden radar entities selectable in the blueprint/redprint GUIs? That way, we'd have to select all types of radar, but at least it'd be workable.

As a related issue, uninstalling the mod removes all radars on the map. >:(

Confirming these issues as well. 17.x exp. and it does infact remove all radars when deactivated, which is incredibly frustrating.
