Look & feel changes, and doc comment updates #99

I'm done with all the updates. All the updates are cosmetic and doc comment related; no modifications to the core code.

In my fork, doc-changes is the working branch, and its Github pages is still up and running: https://trappi-stone.github.io/Factorio-Stdlib/

I have created a new branch: doc-changes-rc where the only difference with doc-changes is circle.yml.

Passed on CircleCI (build of doc-changes just before transferring to a new branch doc-changes-rc): https://circleci.com/gh/trappi-stone/Factorio-Stdlib/82

Spoke with @Nexela. I'll try to merge my changes into his player-force branch instead. You may ignore the below commit; I was trying to publish the commit to the branch that is being merged with Nexela's but published it through this PR branch by mistake.
