What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Criar uma entrada BIB do tipo @inproceeding ou @incollection no bibitem
2. Realizar citação com \cite ou \citeonline
3. Verificar a seção de Referências bibliográficas o texto introduzido

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Deveria sair exatamente assim:
KAULA, P. N. Repensando os conceitos no estudo de classificacão. In: DAHLBERG, 
I.; PERREAULT, Jean M. (Orgs.). INTERNATIONAL STUDY CONFERENCE ON 
CLASSIFICATION RESEARCH, 4., 1982, Augsburg. Universal Classification: Subject 
analysis and ordering systems. Proceedings... Frankfurt : Indeks Verlag, 1982.

Mas quando usamos @inproceeding ou @incollection no bibitem, temos:

Se eu retiro os Organizadores, então aparece:

Isto é um problema conhecido nos estilos bibliográficos. Tenho por mim, 
inclusive, que isso foi modificado entre a versão 2000 e 2002 da norma ABNT 
NBR 6023.

EM TEMPO:

A norma ABNT NBR 6023:2002 não apresenta exemplo de citação de proceedings 
com o nome dos editores. Informar o nome dos editores não está em 
conformidade com a norma!

A própria equipe original já havia inserido esse comentário no manual:

"Na seção 7.5.1(2) é discutido como se referencia artigos em proceedings e 
os proceedings em si. É uma completa maluquice! Em nenhum lugar entra o editor 
dos proceedings. Isso faz a ‘norma’ da ABNT divergir completamente de 
qualquer outro estilo bibliográfico conhecido." (manual da classe abntcite)

Portanto, o bib correto a ser usado é:
