Adding code for custom floors #175

Added code for loading flr files from userdata/downloads, also uilotcontrol now show selected floor id and object guid (in buy mode)

Merging. Seems like nobody's visited the GH in a while, so I'll do it for them. Since it's your own branch, there should be no problem, but it can be reverted if anyone from @Afr0Games/owners needs to!
