Added Code for save houses #178

The code for save houses is added, included into class VMWorldExporter, has been tested, and only has been changed some Xml data in tso world.

Very nice work francot! There are a few issues I can see happening (object having a lower ObjectID than the table it's on causing a placement error), but it's nothing that can't be quickly changed. LGTM.
