fixes for v1 launch #227

Background

The users were not able to apply for a job as well as upload their images and files

Fixes

Change Summary

Now users can do the following

  1. Upload files
  2. Upload an image
  3. apply for job
  4. update their profile (Recruiter and Candidates) @sammy-code98
