The FAQ gDoc can be embedded under a brief description on the vision and mission of AfricArxiv. @samuell can you draft that?

our current FAQs: https://info.africarxiv.org/faqs/ We need to update to distinguish between submissions to Zenodo/OSF/ScienceOpen and others that might follow (PKP etc)
