Should we convert the questions from https://github.com/AfricArxiv/community-engagement/blob/master/user-interview.md into a Google Form?

Alternatively we could email them as text

• ask for image upload (profile picture of the author)

• ask for public profile urls (ORCID, ResearchGate, Twitter, Google Scholar, Github

• next step will be to email our authors one by one to respond to the questions for an interview to be published on the blog

Please demonstrate a step by step procedure of administering interviews. Especially with an example of interviews administered before. Or if none yet, You could do the first one and capture screenshots or do a description through google doc or through the comments here.

1) write an email to the corresponding author 2) Prepare a Google Doc with Interview questions in a dedicated folder for Author interviews on the AfricArXiv Google Drive 3) C&P the interview questions and Format Hedline, bold, italics where feasible)

That's it - once we agree on the final version of the feature article we can publish the first one together on the website and then you are good to go from there :)

You find the contact details of the corresponding author on the manuscript file, usually first page, sometimes last.
