Use CDN for download #26

I'm back in Africa since late December, and over here Heroku is slow as hell. We should put a test file to download on a CDN.

Anyone knows of a free one that's good? I was thinking something like Coral, but I guess that's the biggest one, and there's not a single endpoint in Africa: http://coralcdn.org/

Using a file from CloudFront and a longer transfer time now. The results are much better with these changes.
