reversed upload bar animation #9

Instead of starting the bar again from left when the upload test begins, the bar is being reduced from left to right.

Oops. Should've told me. Didn't see this one. Anyway, check out the latest version. I changed the upload bars to be in the kbps areas themselves, so it's one bar, but it's separate for up and down.
