Create template for AfricaHackTrip event

We want to make one bigger event per location we visit. How could this event look like?

I guess we want to make one day events, so Saturdays would make sense. Given our Agenda, these would be the dates for our events:

1. Sep 28: Nairobi (host: Anya)
2. Oct 5: Kampala (host: Martin)
3. Oct 12: Kigali (host: Frank)
4. Oct 19: Dar es Salaam (host: vacant)

Regarding from what we've discussed, we want to provide food & drinks. And there should be separate rooms for talks and for coming together / exchanging / serendipity.

We need one person from the team who makes the overall coordination of the events. Maybe @jancborchardt or/and @skddc?

I am already in contact with klab and the office. once I confirm the dates, it might be a good idea to let them know what we have planned.

I was already asked for some artwork/design/something for our events to circle around 2-3 weeks before the event so people will know and come. Is there somebody who is familiar with creating those things?

I think we need a better idea of what will happen in the events to get an idea for the artwork. But then we have this awesome designer @jancborchardt

What do you think we need for the events? Probably graphics for putting on websites and to print in poster format, so they can also distribute it there beforehand?
