I'm sure there will be a ton of great occasions to make a quick interview with people we run into. But there will also be people that we need to make appointments with upfront and tell, what the interview should be about.

It would be great to gather some ideas, like questions, but also a quick briefing who we are, what we do and why we want to interview local people. That needs to be adjusted for each and every person of course, but I think it would be great to have a starting point.

As discussed previously, we should leave enough room for serendipity, for people we just run into and want to make an interview with. But it would be great to have some appointments upfront, like 3 - 5 people that are relevant in some way? We could also put the interviews on the first 2 days of each respective day, so that there will be enough time for things that just happen when we are there.
