Should I wait until we have a press release and the schedule for the event before I'll contact someone for the tanzania chapter?

I'd say the website and the event notes should be enough to get started. We hope to come up with a final event description for Uganda next week that can be used as a base for all other events.

I have a few contacts which are willing to do an interview. They are already on the blog-page about tanzania. I also asked to make an appointment with them on wednesday and thursday. Carolyne (APPS and GIRLS) has time "on short notice", Wilhem we are seeing on wednesday afternoon on the event and the people from tanzict on the weekend.

I will send also an mail to KINU to visit them and asking them also about some contacts.

Sounds all great, thanks Tobias! Regarding Kinu, yeah it would be great to at least visit them and talk to their members. Maybe let's try to visit them early as well. And also make sure that their members take notice of our events and the GitHub drinkup
