Editor resizing issues #123

  1. The editor can only be resized from the top-left corner, not the top or left edges.
  2. If the code table has a scrollTop > 0 then the header of that table does not resize with the editor.
  3. The contents of the editor do not rescale vertically - increasing the height of the editor just creates more white space in the middle.
  4. The editor jumps a few pixels up and left when resizing starts for the first time.
