Files ending with new lines don't load #135

Steps to reproduce (not verified by me):

  1. Clear cache
  2. Export the default dataset
  3. Open in emacs and save
  4. Dataset -> Load Dataset from file...

Expected behaviour: Dataset loads

Actual behaviour: Coda complains that there is an issue with the data format.

Suspected cause is emacs inserting a line feed and/or carriage return character at the end of the file.
