Switch to using a multi-chromosome test dataset #13

This test dataset contains multiple chromosomes and is therefore suitable for testing splitting by chromosome. This branches off the tests branch, so it’ll need rebasing once #12 is merged.

Exactly. I wanted to avoid re-creating the FASTQ, so I did it this way.
