Adding conda.pack package for offline run (Bianca) #33

I don't think we should include conda-pack in the main environment. It is not used with the pipeline and is only needed for the bianca runs.

What you could do instead is to create some bash script or similar to automatically generate a archieved version of the pipe + env for running on bianca.

I agree with you, maybe it is not needed for the final version, but it might be useful for the current development as we will frequently pack and unpack the environment. The suggested bash script will do the job as well!
