@HSiga These are all specific for uppmax right? I think I will merge these as is and then try to consolidate them with the README changes I have already done on this branch.

Yes, it is uppmax specific because of loading the modules, which can be added to the environment later on:

conda install -c conda-forge go
conda install -c conda-forge zlib
conda install -c conda-forge gcc
