MultiQC 1.12 adds whatshap (https://github.com/ewels/MultiQC/pull/1343) as a module which conflicts with our multiqc module. Ideally we should use that one instead of our custom module and maybe update the main module with thing we need. For example only the stats command is supported and not haplotag like here.
