"Configuration" Section of Documentation Does Not Discuss Process for Defining App and Setting Setting Client ID #5

SuperAssets for SoundCloud does not work without a Client ID being set in this plugin's configuration page. In order to set a Client ID, the user must create his / her website as a SoundCloud app.

The documentation for this plugin needs to have these processes documented in the Configuration section. It may be possible to model this section of the documentation after the corresponding Configuration section of the SuperAssets for Flickr plugin documentation.
