That is fine. Since I don't have the hardware, I'm sure there are issues with the code. It is more of the basic outline of the behavior of the state machine. I am sure it will need some corrections/improvements.

Also, props for being featured on Great Scott! I hove his videos.

Fixed the issues I found while testing on my device, at least this version of the software works for me. I changed the heating screens slightly to show the current temp and target temp. As well as the PWM in % value of the total. I submitted it as an PR on your branch.
